The Lullaby Trust

National Breastfeeding Helpline

The National Breastfeeding Helpline offers friendly, non-judgemental, independent, evidence based breastfeeding support and information to anyone in the UK who needs it. The helpline is provided by the Breastfeeding Network and the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers.

NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough has partnered with SHOUT to offer support to anyone in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who is in distress.

This service allows people who are struggling with their mental health, and live, work or study in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to text the word HEAR to 85258 for free. They’ll then be helped by a mental health clinician to reach a calm state and be sign posted to local and national resources via text.

Mind CPSL

Cambridgeshire SANDS

Sands exists to reduce the number of babies dying and to support anyone affected by the death of a baby, before, during or shortly after birth, whenever this happened and for as long as they need support.

Cambridgeshire SANDS runs their support group in Brampton (at our Hub) and Cambourne on a Monthly basis. Get in touch with them directly to see dates.

We are working towards providing a nationwide specialist counselling service for parents affected by any of the following:

Miscarriage
Poor pregnancy diagnosis
Termination for medical reasons
Stillbirth
Neonatal loss
Antenatal anxiety following a previous loss/losses

We are also working to mainstream specialist baby loss counselling so that it is included with best practice in all UK maternity settings

Pregnancy Sickness Support

Established in 2002, Pregnancy Sickness Support is the only UK registered charity that provides vital emotional and practical support for those suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), including a national peer support network, specialist counselling, and evidence-based information.

We help you navigate medication and treatment options, we support you to advocate for better healthcare, raise awareness, and work to ensure that no one faces HG alone.

Parent and Carer Hub CIC St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We are a group of parents wanting to give something back to our community by providing those who are in need with items to clothe themselves and their child/children. We also provide such things as nappies and baby toiletries, also toiletries for adults and toys for children from 0-11.
