Hello Mama!
I’m Kelly. Mum of two, (lover of tea and chocolate) Baby Yoga instructor, baby development practitioner and founder of Happy Mama.
I started Happy Mama as I wanted to support new mums in their parenting journey and provide a much-needed community for those navigating the sometimes-difficult early days with a baby.
Motherhood didn't come naturally to me and I faced many challenges along the way which is why I want to support mothers with their own journey too. I believe in a responsive, gentle and nurturing approach, and this runs through all aspects of our work with babies, children and parents.
Happy Mama is all about lifting mothers up, connecting you to each other and helping to empower you with knowledge, community and support.
