BABY CLASSES

Our 5 Week Baby Courses are the perfect way to learn, bond and socialise with your baby.  From baby massage to baby yoga, sensory play to baby gym, there is a class to suit each stage of your baby's development.  Taught by qualified teachers, you and your baby will be in safe hands.

Baby Nurture Massage Course

Suitable from 6 weeks +

Attending a group setting for the first time with your baby is something that can cause a lot of anxiety for new mum's.

It is one of the main reasons why our classes are kept small and intimate.  We want all mums to feel welcome, heard and supported while being in a loving and calm environment.

Our classes are safe place free of judgement to meet mums, make friends and build that vital support network. The classes are just as much for you as they are for your baby.


Our Baby Nurture Course focuses on the power of nurturing touch through baby massage to support attachment, soothe, settle and aide common baby ailments like colic, digestive issues and support the development of babies early sensory integration. 

Each week we will focus on a different part of your baby's body.  By Week 5 you will have a full baby massage routine that you can do with your baby at home.

 

The course includes;

 

- learn a full body baby massage routine

- a welcome goody bag - including a bottle of baby massage oil

- time to chat and connect with others

- hot drink and biscuit each week

- keepsake photo & certificate on completion

Tummy Time Play Course

Suitable from 3 months +
 

This course is our newest addition to our collection of classes and will help bridge the gap between our baby massage and baby yoga courses. 

 

Its main focus will be on the power of play through tummy time. Each week there will be some gentle tummy time exercises for baby and a variety of tummy time play activities for your baby to explore. We will end with a back massage for baby to continue to what you have learnt in our Baby Nurture Course.

 

We also give you the time and space to relax, enjoy a hot drink and biscuits whilst learning the many benefits of tummy time.

 

Benefits include;

 

- strengthening their core muscles 

- strengthening muscles in their neck, shoulders and back

- strengthening muscles in their arms and legs

- develops hand eye coordination

- develops visual tracking skills

 

Classes are friendly and non-judgemental, making it a calm and safe space for you to meet other new parents and enjoy some special time with your new baby whilst understanding why tummy time is so important, what you can do to support your little one through song and play.

 

The course includes;

If there is a support group that is not listed here that you think would be of interest to you, please get in touch.  Many of these support groups have been set up because people in our community have asked for them...if there is demand, we will give it a try!

Stretch & Sing Course

Suitable from 5 months +
 

Our Sensory Stretch & Sing Sessions include a lovely mix of gentle baby yoga stretches and movement, music and singing and sensory play. This course is most suitable for 4-7 month olds.

 

Baby Yoga is an amazing way to promote physical and emotional development and sensory awareness in your baby through yoga inspired exercises, gentle stretching, singing, relaxation and developmental play.

 

There are so many benefits of doing baby yoga with your baby including;

- Developing motor skills
- Balance

- Aiding digestion
- Sleep and relaxation 

- Nurturing baby's emotional wellbeing

 

Happy Mama classes are completely baby led and very relaxed. 

Each week we explore a new theme;

- reflection

- heuristic

- sensory play

 

Themed sensory play each week supports their;

 

- vestibular system

- proprioceptive awareness

- hand eye co-ordination

- fine motor skills

- gross motor skills

Stretch & Play Course

Suitable from 6 months +
 

Our Sensory Stretch & Play Sessions are a gentle sensory and baby yoga class focusing on ‘taste safe’ themed play through story, stretching and song.  This course is most suitable for 6-9 month olds.

 

Baby Yoga is an amazing way to promote physical and emotional development and sensory awareness in your baby through yoga inspired exercises, gentle stretching, singing, relaxation and developmental play.

 

There are so many benefits of doing baby yoga with your baby including;
 

- Developing motor skills

- Balance

- Aiding digestion

- Sleep and relaxation 

- Nurturing baby's emotional wellbeing

Climb & Play Course

Suitable from 9 months +
 

Our Sensory Climb and Play Sessions are perfect for babies who are on the move from crawlers to wobbly walkers!

Once your little one has mastered the art of tummy time and is starting to crawl, it is time to consider the next steps in their learning journey.  They now need a class that provides them with the space to move and explore - yet still has that element of one on one time and connection with their parent.

These classes use short bursts of Baby Yoga, coupled with opportunities for free play in the form of baby brain breaks to support your baby’s physical development - from a new crawler all the way through to a wobbly walker! 

 

There are so many benefits of doing baby yoga with your baby including;

- Developing motor skills
- Balance

- Aiding digestion
- Sleep and relaxation 

- Nurturing baby's emotional wellbeing
